If there is a problem caused by poor workmanship or faulty material, please send your freshly washed garment to us and we’ll repair or replace the garment free – whatever’s fair.” They do exclude coverage and protection against normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse or improper care. Also, underwear will not be accepted for return or repair.

Tilley requires that your product be registered in order to receive safety notifications, warranty service and confirm your ownership of the product in case of an insurance loss claim.
