what to do:

  • type in your email address in the space provided

  • select your gender
  • input your date of birth in the field provided
  • input the date of purchase in the field provided
  • select the place of purchase
  • upload a picture of your receipt (required to activate the 2 year optic warranty)
  • input the product details (register as many products as you need)
