what to do:

- type in your card number in the space provided
- click on the submit button and continue to move forward until you receive your registration confirmation OR IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CARD ON HAND
- visit www.jumburrito.com
- click on the “REWARDS & MORE” tab and then scroll down and then click on the (sign up here) link to sign up online with a physical card
