NS&I required that you request their online and phone service by filling out the registration form and then sending it to them through the post.

If you are a new or current customer that needs to activate your new NS&I online and phone services registration, read below. We have provided a quick “how to” activation guide below to access the activation page to activate your NS&I online and phone service registration.
how to activate – NS&I Online & Phone Service Registration
what you need in advance:
- internet access
- have an official NS&I account or investment
- be at least 16 years of age
- personal information
- printer to mail in form filled out online
what to do:
- visit: www.nsandi.com/register-our-online-service OR www.nsandi.com/online-registration
- review the information and then click on the “Continue” button found at the bottom right hand area of the page
- select an appropriate title
- provide your forename and surname in the spaces provided
- input your date of birth
- confirm your age
- type in and provide your current address in the spaces provided
- type in a valid phone number in the spaces provided
- type in and provide a valid email address in the spaces provided
- type in and provide your NS&I account number or NS&I number
- agree to the terms and conditions
- click on the “Continue” button
- review the information you will be posting it and then print the document and post it to the address provided
- wait for NS&I to post your temporary password and NS&I number in two seperate posts and then following any remainder instructions proved by in the posts sent by NS&I
