what to do if you are a current Spark customer:

  • visit: www.sparkenergy.co.uk/login
  • type in your email address that is on file with Spark
  • type in your current password and then click on the green “Submit” button
  • begin managing your account

what to do if you are a current Spark customer:

  • click on the “My Spark” tab
  • click on the hot pink “Register” option
  • type in a valid email address twice for confirmation
  • type in your customer reference number in the space provided
  • type in your property postcode in the space provided
  • create and type in a new password twice in the spaces provided
  • type in the words that appear on your screen for additional security purposes
  • click on the green “Register” button
  • continue forward until you can login and manage your account online
