- internet access
- be an official physician or health care professional
- know your Tax ID or the Tax ID of your billing organization
- other personal information
what to do:
- visit: www.unitedhealthcareonline.com
- click on the orange “Enroll Today” button
- enter in your tax ID in the space provided and click on the “Search” button
- select your administer and then click the “continue” button
- type in your contact information on the next screen and then click the “continue” button
- create a user name and password and type them in the spaces provided
- select a security question and provide the corresponding answer in the space provided and then click the “continue” button
- you will reach a confirmation page and you will need to click on the “submit” button
- proceed to provide any other required information to complete the process and once done you will need to wait for approval and the email sent with the remainder information and details
