- personal information
what to do:
- visit: www.vangaurd.com/register
- click on the “START” button in the right hand area
- click on the “ACCEPT” button to agree to terms and conditions and to move forward
- type in and provide your personal information such as name, social, birth date and zip code in the spaces provided
- click on the “CONTINUE” button
- continue to type in and provide all the required information to complete the Vanguard account access set up or restoration online
