what to do if you want to activate your Citibank Card online:

  • visit: https://cardactivation.citi.com/
  • type in the credit card number of your new Citi card in the space provided
  • type in the security code (found on the back of the card) in the space provided
  • type in the last four digits of your social or employee ID that was provided when you applied for the card
  • click on the “Continue” button
  • continue to provide any other required information and move forward to complete the online Citi card activation process
