- have an official Acer product
- have your Acer product details
- have your Warranty Promise Code (found in the booklet you bought)
- personal information
what to do to activate your Advantage Care Plus Warranty Policy:
- visit: https://careplus.acer.com
- click on the “Start Activation” button
- type in your personal “Warranty Promise Code” in the space provided
- type in your password in the space provided
- click on the “NEXT” button
- continue to move forward and complete all the steps for your Acer Care Plus warranty activation
- NOTE: if you do not have your Promise Code, please call 866-658-2237 between Mon – Fri 8AM – 5PM CST, to activate.
