what you need:

  • internet access
  • social security number or tax ID number for the card holder on the account
  • a valid email address or phone number that was previously given to Chase
  • a valid Chase credit card or Chase debit card or account number
  • more personal information

what to do if you are a current Chase customer:

  • visit the chase verify website
  • type in your current user ID in the space provided
  • type in your current password in the space provided
  • click on the green “SECURE LOGIN” button to logon
  • begin managing your account

what to do if you are a new Chase customer:

  • visit chase verify website
  • click on the grey “ENROLL NOW” button
  • type in your credit/debit card number in full in the space provided
  • type in your social security number in the spaces provided
  • create and type in a new user ID
  • click on the green “Next” button
  • proceed to provide all the required details on the “Identification Code” page and continue forward
  • proceed to provide all the required details on the “Password” page and continue forward
  • proceed to provide all the required details on the “Legal Agreements” page and continue forward
  • proceed to provide all the required details on the “Services” page and continue forward
  • if you have provided all the required information you will receive a confirmation page and you will be able to activate your new Chase card online
