- select your Mammoth model
- type in the purchase date in the space provided
- type in the purchase location in the space provided
- type in the description of your product problem
- type in your name in the spaces provided
- type in your mailing address in the spaces provided
- type in a contact number in the space provided
- type in a valid email address in the space provided
- attach a photo or copy of the receipt
- attach and upload a copy of the warranty issue
- type in the characters and letters on your screen in the space provided
- click on the “Submit Warranty Claim”
