what to do:
- visit https://walmartmoneycard.com
- click on the tab titled “Set Up Card Purchased” located at the top of the page
- type in your name in the spaces provided
- type in your home address in the spaces provided
- type in a valid email address
- type in a valid phone number
- type in your full social security number in the space provided
- type in your date of birth in the space provided
- create and type in your new PIN number for the card in the space provided
- agree to the Electronic Communications by click on the small box
- OPTIONAL: choose to click on the box to promotional emails and surveys sent to you
- click on the orange “Continue” button
