what you need:

  • internet access
  • have an official Affin Bank Card or Virtual Card Number received for Internet Regsistration
  • your PIN is the same PIN you created at the ATM or received in the mail
  • personal information

what to do to activate the AFFINBANK Credit or Debit Card

  • visit:
  • to the left hand side of the page under the “Retail Internet Banking” section click on the “First Time Login” link
  • type in your Access Card number in the space provided
  • type in your PIN number in the space provided
  • click on the “Activate” button
  • create and type in a new user name in the space provided
  • create and type in a new password in the spaces provided
  • click on the “Login” button
  • read the terms and conditions and the click on the “I Accept” button
  • choose the challenge questions you prefer and the provide the corresponding answers in the spaces provided
  • click on the “Submit” button
  • save and print your confirmation “Welcome” page for your records and begin managing you online account and your card is now activated
