After you register online or using the Bluebird Mobile App they will send your Permanent Bluebird Card to the address you provided within 7-10 business days after you finish the online registration. - visit: www.bluebird.com/activate
- type in your current username in the space provided
- type in your current password in the space provided
- click on the green “Log In” button
- find the “Activate Card” section and follow any other prompts to activate your permanent Bluebird card
