what you need:
- internet access
- official Capital One Mortgage Account
- personal information
what to do if you are a current user:
- visit: www.capitalone.com/mortgageaccess
- type in your current user name in the space provided
- type in your password in the space provided
- you will then be logged in
what to do if you are a new user:
- visit: www.capitalone.com/mortgageaccess
- click on the link titled “Enroll Now”
- read and review the Mortgage Access User Agreement and once you have scrolled down to the bottom of the page click on the red “I Accept” button to move forward
- create and type in your User ID in the space provided
- create and type in your Password in the spaces provided
- type in your primary loan number in the space provided
- type in your full social security number in the spaces provided
- type in your email address in the spaces provided
- from the down down boxes, select your 3 different verification questions and then type in the correct corresponding answers in the spaces provided
- click on the “Submit” button
- proceed to provide any other required information until you receive your activation confirmation page that you can print for your records
