what to do:
- visit: www.capitalone.com/securedcard
- scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the title “Already have your card?” and click on the link
- click on the green button titled “Enroll In Online Banking”
- click on the “Yes, I’m Ready” button
- from the drop down box select the type of account you are using
- type in your account number in the spaces provided
- from the drop down box select your date of birth
- type in your social security number in the spaces provided
- create and type in your user name in the spaces provided
- create and type in your password in the spaces provided
- type in your email address in the spaces provided
- click on the button “Continue to Step 2”
- provide all the requested information on the next page titled “For Your Security” and click on the “Continue” button
- review and verify all the information on the next page titled “Verify Your Account” and then continue forward
- select all the options you want and provide any additional required information on the next page titled ” Additional Options” and then submit your request
- once you have provided all the information correctly you will receive a confirmation page for your records to show you did successfully activate your Capital One Secure Card
