what you need:
- internet access
- a valid Discover credit/debit card
- other personal information
what to do:
- visit www.discover.com/activate
- if you have a current online account simply type in your user ID, password, and 3 digit Sequence ID found on the back of your card and then click on the orange “Activate My Card” button
- if you do not want to log in or skip the online set up process click on the “Activate without Logging in” link or button
- put in your birth date and last four of your social in the spaces provided
- type in your new card information in the spaces provided
- click on the orange “Activate My Card” button
- always follow and provide any other required details to complete the process
