- visit: www.macys.com/activate
- complete step one and type in your Macy’s American Express account number in the space provided
- type in the last four digits of your social security number
- type in the four digit security code number from the front of your OLD Macy’s credit card
- type in the four digit security code number from the front of your NEW Macy’s credit card
- click on the red “SUBMIT” button
- provide any other requested information and proceed forward until you receive your confirmation
