The City University of New York provided their students with a Scholar Support Financial Aid Access Card that is back by CitiBank. See below to access the login for that card. They now offer a new card backed by Money Network. It is a prepaid MasterCard. Below you find steps on how to register both cards.
The new CUNY Scholar Card is not a credit card and it can be used anywhere MasterCards are accepted as a form of payment.

- click on the “Register your card now.” link located under the “First time user?” section
- type in your 16 digit Audi Prepaid Card number in the space provided
- type in the security code which is found on the back of the card in the space provided
- click on the “Next” button
- continue to move forward and provide all the required information to complete the Audi Citi Prepaid card account registration and card activation

what to do if you want to activate your personal CUNY Prepaid MasterCard account online:
- visit: http://cunyscholarcard.com
- click on the “MANAGE YOUR CARD” button
- to activate Service to your card click on the red “Activate your Service” link and call the number provided
- to create your online account; click on the “First Time Users: Register Now” link
- type in your CUNY card number in the space provided
- enter in the expiration date of your CUNY card
- click on the “Enter” button
- continue to move forward and activate your official CUNY Prepaid MasterCard account online
