- Red Activation Card with the Serial Number/IMEI/MEID/MEID DEC/MEID HEX
- personal information
what to do if you are a NEW customer:
- visit: www.net10.com/activate
- select the “Activate my NET10 Service and give me a new phone number” option
- click on the blue “Continue” button
- click on the “Create an Account” option
- type in your email address in the spaces provided
- create and type in your password in the spaces provided
- type in your date of birth in the space provided
- choose a security question and then type in the answer in the space provided
- create and type in your 5 digit PIN in the space provided
- click on the blue “Continue” button
- type in your Serial Number/IMEI/MEID/MEID DEC/MEID HEX in the space provided
- click on the “Continue” button
- provide any other required information and continue to move forward until you have a confirmation page and your service is now acitvated
