what to do if you are a current Citibank Customer:
- visit: www.online.citibank.co.in
- click on the grey “LOGIN NOW” button
- type in your current user ID in the space provided
- type in your IPIN or QPIN in the space provided
- click on the green “LOGIN” button
- being managing your account online
what to do if you are a new Citibank Customer:
- visit: www.online.citibank.co.in
- click on the link titled “First Time User? Register Now” under the “LOGIN NOW”
- choose “Get User ID and IPIN” by clicking on the blue “SELF SELECT NOW” button
- from the drop down box select the type of account you have
- type in your entire 16 digit card number in the spaces provided NOTE: depending on the type of account you have you may be asked to provide additional details such as: date of birth, pincode, etc…
- agree to the terms and conditions and then click on the blue “PROCEED” button
- continue to provide all the required information and continue forward until you reach the final page and can log in online and manage your account
