- under the “REGISTER YOUR WARRANTY” section, type in your name in the space provided
- type in a valid email address in the space provided
- type in a contact number in the space provided
- type in the purchase date and store of purchase in the spaces provided
- select the ORCA product type and size
- provide any other details in the space provided
- click on the “I’m not a robot” box
- click on the “Send” button
what to do to submit a warranty claim:
