- an official Plenti card
- other personal information
what to do if you want to review partners of Plenti:
- visit: www.plenti.com/amex/sign-up
- if you do NOT have a Plenti card, click on the ”No” button to fill out a form to receive your FREE Plenti card
- if you already have a Plenti card, click on the “Yes” button
- proceed to type in and provide your Plenti 16 digit card number and 4 digit activation code on the spaces provided; NOTE: both are found on the back the Plenti card
- continue to move forward and then link your Membership Rewards account and choose the amount of points you wish to transfer over
