The Performance Protection Plan will repair or replace the covered product if it fails due to defects in material and workmanship, normal wear and tear and power surges.

There are six types of Performance Protection Plans:

what to do:

  • visit www.productassist.com/officedepot or hub.asurion.com/officedepot
  • click on the red “Get started” button
  • choose the radio button that best fits  the description of where you purchased the product
  • enter in your name in the spaces provided
  • enter in your email in the space provided
  • enter in your phone number in the space provided
  • click on the red “submit” button
  • proceed to provide all the required and requested information until you receive a confirmation that you have activated your Office Depot Protection Plan online
