- phone serial number found in your Settings/General/About section of the phone

- insert your SIM card in the back of your phone behind your battery
- click on the “GET STARTED” button
- type in your activation code in the space provided
- type in your SIM card serial number in the space provided
- type in the phone serial number in the space provided
- click on the “Next” button
- proceed to provide all the required information on the “Set up your account” page and continue forward
- proceed to provide all the required information on the “Select your plan and services” page and continue forward
- proceed to provide all the required information on the “Review your selection” page and continue forward
