- personal information
what to do to activate U Mobile U Card Online:
- visit: www.u.com.my/ucard/registration
- type in your U mobile number in the space provided
- type in your 16 digit UCARD number in the space provided
- OPTIONAL: type in your agent code in the space provided
- click on the orange “Next” button
- proceed to provide all the remainder requested information and move forward until you reach the confirmation page
what to do for UMB Activation:
- call *113#
- enter in your 16 digit U card number
- enter in your name
- enter in your identification number
- enter in your email address
- wait for your 6 digit PIN to be emailed (usually within a day)
