- a temporary password received in the mail
- other personal information
what to do:
- visit: www.us.hsbc.com/activate
- click on the button titled “Enter”
- enter in your temporary registration ID in the space provided
- enter in your temporary password in the space provided
- click on the “Continue” button
- proceed to provide any other required and requested information and continue until you receive your confirmation that you have successfully activated your new HSBC online account
