- internet access
- U.S Bank Visa Check Card
- PIN that arrives separately from your card via mail
what to do if you are a current customer:
- visit www.usbank.com/activate
- click on the “Log In” button in the top right hand corner
- a pop up box will appear, choose “Online Banking”
- type in your personal ID and click on the “Enter” button
- provide any other required information to log in
- once logged in, select “Customer Service” and then active your card by providing all the required information
what to do if you are a new customer:
- visit www.usbank.com/activate
- click on the “Log In” button in the top right hand corner
- a pop up box will appear, choose “Online Banking”
- click on the “enroll now” link located in the box titled “Enroll in Online Banking”
- provide all the required information on the “Verification” screen and continue forward
- provide all the required information on the “Security” screen and continue forward
- provide all the required information on the “Agreements” screen and continue forward
- provide all the required information on the “Products” screen and continue forward
- once your receive you confirmation, go to the “Customer Service” section to activate your card online
