All CIBC Aerogold Visa Credit cards will be moved to TD Aeroplan Visa Credit Cards. Customers are allowed to pre-activate their new TD Aeroplan credit cards online before 6/16/2014. After that date the cards should automatically be active. The new TD Aeroplan card will allow you earn 2x Aeroplan Miles on purchases made with your TD Aeroplan Credit Card up until July 13 2014! It will have new insurance and protection benefits. NOTE: please visit the site directly to verify the details and obtain more information. If you have a new TD Bank account you will want to activate your online access immediately and log in on a regular basis. - internet access
- have a TD Aeroplan Credit CArd
- personal information
what to do if you are a current TD Bank customer:
- visit:: www.tdcanadatrust.com/activate
- click on the button next to the the statement “I have a login ID” and password
- enter in your “access card” information
- enter in your password and then click on the “continue” button
- proceed to provide any other required information and continue forward until you receive your activation confirmation
what you need if you are a new TD Bank customer:
- internet access
- personal information
- a new TD Aeroplan credit card
what to do if you are a new TD Bank customer:
- visit: www.tdcanadatrust.com/activate
- click on the button next to the statement “I do not have a login ID”
- type in you first and last name in the spaces provided
- type in a phone number if you want to
- type in your date of birth in the space provided
- type in your TD Bank Aeroplan credit card number in the spaces provided
- select your expiraiton month and year from the drop down box
- read the “Consent to Online Authentication Process” information, agree to it by clicking on the button next to the acceptance paragraph
- click on the “Continue” button
- proceed to provide any other required information and continue forward until you receive your activation confirmation
