- type in the store number off the receipt that is 4 digits long
- from the drop down box, select and enter in the date of your visit to Checkers or Rally’s
- click on the “Start” button
- proceed to provide all the required information and feedback and then receive your activation validation code that you can take in to redeem on your next vist
