- internet access
- have an offical My Subway card
- personal information
what to do if you want to activate your new My Subway Rewards Card Account Online:
- visit: www.mysubwaycard.com
- click on any “REGISTER” tab or button
- type in and provide your personal information such as name, phone number and email address in the spaces provided
- type in and provide a user name and password
- type in your “My SUBWAY Card Number” in the space provided
- type in a PIN number in the space provided for added security
- select your contact preferences
- type in your date of birth and gender
- click on the “I’m not a robot” box
- click on the “ALMOST DONE CLICK HERE!” button
- continue to move forward and complete the online My Subway Rewards card registration/activation
