The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) was founded in 1935. They regulate every phase of the alcoholic beverage industry within the state of Texas. Taxes and fees that are collected by the TABC help to aid financing of the state’s public schools, local governments, research, human services, and other areas in which state government provides services to all Texans. One of the popular request they receive is about Texas Certification Verification. An online search of licenses and permits can be made.
