what to do:

- type in your card number in the space provided
- type in your PIN number in the space provided
- provide your personal information such as name, gender and birthdate
- provide a valid email address in the space provided
- provide a valid contact number
- type in and provide your address in the spaces provided
- agree to the terms and conditions
- click on the “Register” button
- continue to move forward until your receive your Zarraffa’s Z Card Registration confirmation
